E incorporated a new turret, a smoke extractor and a single curved rear section. Additional 30 mm armor plates are fitted to the front of the superstructure. The sides are 20 mm thick. The undercarriage adopts a simpler sprocket. The pilot receives a new Fahrerklappe 30 type vision unit.
